Take Two

Meet Lexi! We attempted a shoot back during the holidays but she was sick and once we had a few for the Christmas card (which turned out fab - even if I say so myself) we called it a day. So here is take two.... when we first started we were all wondering if take two would turn into take three but after letting her do her thing for a little bit we were successful and captured some really special and beautiful moments! Can I say how much fun it is to shoot little girls especially now that I am expecting one of my own?

Fun + Family

Fun and Family are not two words that you tend to put together when you are talking about a shoot - three boys + two parents can get REALLY.TRICKY! But this time the planets and stars aligned and yes I can say everybody had fun, there were no melt downs to be had and we were in and out in no time. Oh heaven!

This mom is one of my first clients - I have seen that little guy grow up- and one of my very good friends - you should check her site if you are ever in need of a great newborn gift or baby shower gift. She has fabulous stuff!

I have been SO bad about updating the blog!

Here are some previews from one of my favorite kiddos. Isn't she gorgeous? I have been photographing her since she was a tiny tot and now she seems so grown up to me! I had such a good time hanging out at the park with her and mom and letting her do her.thing ;)

Late Sneak Peek!

I have been battling a cold and I am catching up today (since I actually made it out of the couch/bed) with sneak peeks, placing orders, mailing orders and getting galleries posted. I am so thankful to have the best clients that are being so patient with me and the multiple ailments I have been dealing with this pregnancy! THANK YOU!

Happy Valentine's Day!

Happy Valentine's Day to all! Since I know that I will be busy with my son's valentine's day party and preparing a gourmet dinner (lets hope it tastes gourmet) for my hubby I thought I would wish everybody a Happy Valentine's Day today and post a couple of images of a sweet couple that I photographed recently.
Have a wonderful day tomorrow and remember to be thankful for your loved ones! I am not big on the whole valentine's day but I do love to take any excuse I can to celebrate the love our family has for each other.

Catching up

Catching up on sharing sessions - about time! Once that you take time off of blogging it is hard to get back on the swing of things - I am such a routine person!

Here is a couple from a fun session - and boy WAS.IT.COLD! They have some major photographic talent in their family - my very good friend Marla Carter but since she is in FL - I had the chance of photographing them. These boys are so much fun!
By the way if you vacation in the Seaside area you MUST give Marla a call.

It's a brand new year

I cannot believe it is already January! 2007 was an amazing year and I feel so privileged to have been able to capture so many memories for my wonderful clients. It is so much fun to meet new clients and so much fun to see returning clients and all the growing up their kids have done! I hope you had a joyous Christmas with your family and I want to take a moment to wish you a wonderful 2008!
After a blog/work hiatus to spend time with my family after the crazy rush season we are slowly getting back to normal and starting regular office hours next Monday. In the meantime I wanted to share my last session of 2007. This was the sweetest newborn - here is a sneak peak of the session!
